A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due upon booking with the remaining balance due on the day of your photography session.
In the event that the client needs to cancel their session, the deposit is non-refundable. If a client needs to reschedule the session, they must notify the photographer a minimum of 3 days prior to the original date. The deposit can be applied to a rescheduled session that takes place within 60 days of the original date.
Due to the artistic nature of photography, refunds are not provided once the images have been delivered to the client. All sales are final. In the unlikely event that the photographer is unsatisfied with the quality of the images due to technical issues, the Photographer may offer a reshoot at no additional cost to the client.
The photographer will provide the client with a digital gallery within 14-21 days depending on the session. The client understands that the editing and processing of images takes time and the photographer will strive to deliver the highest quality images within a reasonable timeframe.
After delivering the images to the client, the photographer will keep the edited digital images for a period of 30 days. After this period, the photographer is no longer responsible for storing or maintaining the digital images.
The copyright of all images remains with the photographer. The client is granted a license to use the images for personal purposes, including printing and sharing online. Commercial use, modification (including altering, cropping, editing or social media filters) of the images is prohibited without the written consent of the photographer. Altering any images may result in legal action.
